If you watch the trailer for <i>The Last Ride</i> you get a sense of a <i>Star Wars</i>-like fantasy world, not a truthful (or close to truthful) representation of Hank's final hours. <br /><br />And that's the problem. This looks to be more along the lines of the wishful-thinking <i>Hank Williams: The Concert He Never Gave</i> than "a fact-based account" of the final hours Hank was on this earth.
